Looking good, feeling great! The mood is set, the anticipation is raising… everything is under control - until that silly little hiccup.

• DON’T be argumentative and too fixed in your opinions.
• DON’T criticise others for being original and refusing to conform.
• DON’T wear suggestive clothing that leaves nothing to the imagination.
• DON’T push him into making a decision, no matter how small it might be.
• DON’T make fun of his unusual ideas.
• DON’T ask him about his ambitions and what kind of salary he’s aiming for.
• DON’T keep looking at your watch, telling him that sleep is a priority.
• DON’T refuse to see things from different perspectives.
• DON’T get distracted from what he’s saying.
The Female
Whatever you do…
• DON’T be blunt and limit the conversation to ‘sports and beer’.
DON’T suggest getting intimate before you are comfortable in each other’s company.
DON’T get jealous when she bumps into male friends.
DON’T criticize open-minded people with different views.
DON’T get into political discussions. She can get really worked up.
DON’T go through the menu at a restaurant and emphasise all the things you don’t like.
DON’T act macho.
DON’T give the impression that a woman’s place is by a man’s side.
DON’T be pushy. Take the initiative to see her again, but don’t make a fuss.
